They have in-depth experience and special expertise in addressing life changes associated with aging, menopause, heart disease, osteoporosis, cancer, autoimmune diseases, and orthopedic concerns. Additionally, each trainer has a specialty, which is a large factor in determining his/her placement with a client. She will complete her training in the Alexander Technique come June 2008. She also brings 10 years of academic teaching experience and hands-on practical training. She inspires clients to move with fluidity, and vitality through movement. |
